Judges, like all volunteers, play a critical role in making Odyssey of the Mind Tournaments fun and successful. Judges get to observe and evaluate the solutions teams present for long term and spontaneous problems. Both the creativity of each team’s solution to the same problem and the ability of the team to satisfy all of the problem’s requirements are evaluated. Judges get to experience the successful interactions of team members and the enthusiasm behind a well executed solution. Judges receive training (which qualifies for CEU’s) in our problems and the judging process. Please check below for a judge training session near you:
